Version 3.0 (April 17, 2020), U.S. Homeland Security Cyber-Infrastructure Guidance on Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce (CISA) now includes workers critical to sales, rental, leasing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles. In addition, the Governor's April 17, 2020, Executive Order GA-16, allows essential services to consist of the listings in CISA plus religious services conducted in churches, congregations, and houses of worship. Both documents were forwarded to you April 17th. (See April 17, 2020 mailing.)
CISA requires compliance with the guidance from the CDC regarding strategies to limit disease spread. In addition, employers are reminded to comply with the OSHA Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19 requirements.
Please remember that it is imperative to comply with the CDC Guidance for Businesses and Employers for the dealership's employees, vendors, and customers as well as the OSHA Guidance. Both documents may be accessed here with the OSHA Guidance hyperlinked from the CDC Guidance.
