Notice of Complaint Procedure for New Vehicle Owners and Lessees to be given to each new motor vehicle purchaser.

"Lemon Law" poster which is required to be posted in a conspicuous location where customers usually pay for motor vehicle repairs.  Poster is to be printed on Bright Yellow Paper.

A vehicle replaced or repurchased under the "lemon law" must have a  reacquired vehicle label affixed to the vehicle as well as a disclosure statement issued by the manufacturer, distributor, or converter.  (The reacquired vehicle label and disclosure statement provided here are sample forms only.)
