The TADA Legal Defense Fund is
capitalized by the voluntary contributions from the TADA members. It is
a resource for the members and provides financial and legal assistance
where the outcome of the proceeding would have a substantial impact on
franchised new vehicle and truck dealers. The Fund may also be used by
the association when it initiates action or intervenes on behalf of the
membership. Any benefit resulting to an individual member is an indirect
effect of the Fund's purpose, which is to defend the interests of its
members as a whole.
